Updated Shed Regulations
The Board approved changes to the shed related regulations during the October board meeting.
The changes reflect the desires voiced and voted upon by the community during the most recent Annual Home Owners Meeting.

Community Park and Playground
Did you know that our community has a common area for use by all residents of the
community? Our largest common area is located off of New Ambler Court. The area
contains several large playground sets, two swing sets, a full court basketball
court, a volleyball court and a tennis court. The common area also has lots of green
space where other games can be played.
Basketball Court Regulations
These rules are meant to make the use of this basketball court enjoyable for the
residents of Monterey Estates and their guests. Please abide by these rules.
- The court is available on a first come first serve basis. Advance reservations are
not made.
- Proper tennis shoes (sneakers) must be worn when on the court. No other shoes are
allowed.
- Only residents of Monterey Estates and their guests, when accompanied by the resident,
are allowed to use the court.
- This court is for basketball only. Skating, skateboarding, or any other activity
is strictly prohibited on the court.
- Please be courteous to others and enjoy good neighborly relations.
We encourage you to make full use of the court and enjoy the facility provided for
our residents.

- Use of the court is limited to 1 hour OR two sets, which ever is earlier, when others
are waiting to use the court.
- Proper tennis shoes (sneakers) must be worn when on the court. No other shoes are
allowed.
- Only residents of Monterey Estates and their guests, when accompanied by the resident,
are allowed to use the court.
- This court is for playing tennis only. Skating, skateboarding, or any other activity
is strictly prohibited on the court.
- When leaving the court please make sure that the door is properly locked if no body
else is using the court.
- Please be courteous to others and enjoy good neighborly relations.
We encourage you to make full use of the court and enjoy the facility provided for
our residents.
Gather your fellow tennis enthusiasts in the community and start a tennis ladder(s)
to keep every one interested in a healthy competition.

Larceny Prevention Tips
- Lock car doors at all times and close the windows.
- Do not leave valuables in your car.
- If items must be left in your car, keep them hidden from view.
- Remove your GPS unit, including it's cradle.
- Clean the area of the windshield marked by the suction cup of the portable GPS unit.
- When possible, park in a well-lit area.
Burglary Prevention Tips
- Keep all doors and windows locked, even if you are at home.
- Keep your from and rear porch lights on; use motion sensors.
- If you hear something, do not investigate. Go to a safe room in your home, call
the police at 9-1-1 and stay on the line.
- Be on the lookout for suspicious people or activity during the day as well as during
evening hours.
